Renovation: noun 1. the action of renovating a building.

This home was built in the 1800's. It is a one bedroom bungalow that use to be a two bedroom. In the 1800's, in the neighborhood where the home is, there was a terrible fire that wiped out a lot of the homes around it. This was one of the homes that survived. The previous owners added a fireplace directly in the middle of the home. It's pretty cool. You can see through the fireplace, Looking into the dining room from the living room and vice versa and you can walk on either sides of it to get to the next room. We updated the home in 2016. Laundry room was gutted and redone, there were new floors layed, new roof, painted inside and outside, Old closet was taken out in the master bedroom, screened in porch was closed in for an office, cabinets in the kitchen were redone and a new fence was added. With its hand painted from porch and the flowers in the yard... charm is an understatement when it comes to this little home.
